ReVive Boutique is a new retail concept from Habitat for Humanity Halton-Mississauga-Dufferin and offers live edge wood and upcycled woodcraft, vintage items, antiques, collectibles and more to discerning tastes on a budget in West GTA.
The retail landscape continues to evolve as Canadians’ tastes, trends and even personal motivations change. While getting bang for buck is a great incentive, different shoppers each have their own motivations. You have treasure hunters who are patient, do their research and love to go through thrift stores and garage sales to find unique stuff. Then you have antique shoppers who go from antique store to antique store, trying to search for that perfect piece for their home. You have those who have an eye for art and love to find a good painting or two.
Then there are those who love to contribute to the circular economy by recycling their furniture and personal belongings, plus they like shopping for used items because these recycled items can add character to their home’s interior design, or they might just like restoring furniture as a hobby or a business. And lastly, there are fashionable people who love quality, unique, or branded clothes, but don’t see the need to spend exorbitant amounts of money to upgrade their wardrobe.
Ever find a store with all of these in a one-stop-shop?
